Blisstopia is a warm, peaceful, and inspiring event space in Peoria, Arizona for gatherings that bring people together with intention. Our beautiful yoga studio and wellness space is ideal for workshops, trainings, yoga classes, sound baths, meditation sessions, cacao ceremonies, and intimate private events.

A Peaceful Space to Gather

Located at the base of Sunrise Mountain, Blisstopia offers a serene setting designed for connection, creativity, and restoration. It is a welcoming choice for those seeking a private yoga space, wellness retreat setting, or holistic event venue in the West Valley.

Your Rental Includes

Your event rental includes access to:

• Yoga space.
• Reiki room.
• Weight room.
• Bathroom.

Outdoor amenities may be available for an additional cost, based on availability and the needs of your event.

Your Rental DOES NOT Include

• Blisstopia Retreats (Retreat Center Villa)
• Retreat Center Backyard or Grounds
• Retreat Center Amenities (Patio, Pool, Hot tub, etc)
• Promotion of your Event from Blisstopia (We are unable to promote your event due to conflicts of interest)

Rental Options

• Hourly rental: 2-hour minimum, is a donation of $75 per hour.
• Half-day rental: 4 hours, donation of $289.
• Full-day rental: 8 hours, donation of $469.
• Note: 1 extra hour is added for set up/take down if 2 full days are reserved.

Event Guidelines

• Maximum of 33 guests, including the host.
• Additional guests require pre-approval and may include extra fees.
• Proof of event insurance is required.
• Credit card required at check-in for incidentals.
• No parties or alcohol consumption; one glass of wine is permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• All guests must preregister and sign a waiver.
• The space must be returned to its original condition after the event.

Payment and Cancellation

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required once your event is approved. If you book more than 90 days in advance, a payment plan may be arranged. Final payment is due no later than 30 days before the event.

Cancellations made more than 121 days in advance receive a refund of payments made, excluding the retainer.

Cancellations within 120 days of the event are non-refundable.

Private Membership Association and Donations

BLISSTOPIA RETREATS/BLISSTOPIA YOGA is NOT A PUBLIC ENTITY; BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is neither a public corporation, business, partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, statutory trust, public association, nor any form of for‑profit entity of any kind.

All offerings—including rental of any part of all of the facilities, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda, fitness, and energy work—are provided in a private, spiritual‑educational setting for members only and are not open to the general public.
Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute are ministries operating under the umbrella of Blisstopia Retreats as part of this 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax‑Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

Blisstopia Retreats relies on voluntary donations and contributions from its members to maintain the facilities, operations, and spiritual mission of Blisstopia.
By participating as a member, I understand that any funds transferred to Blisstopia—whether labeled as fees, tuitions, tickets, contributions, or otherwise, and whether processed through Stripe, Wellness Living, or any other payment platform—are private member donations made in support of the ministry, and not commercial purchases from or sales to the general public.

Participation in any Blisstopia activities signifies acceptance of, and membership within, the Blisstopia Private Membership Association, and all offerings are provided within this private member relationship.
