Some events deserve more than a hotel conference room. If you're hosting a yoga workshop, sound bath, breathwork training, meditation circle, cacao ceremony, holistic health event, or intimate private gathering — Blisstopia Yoga in Peoria, AZ was built for exactly this.

Our private sanctuary at the base of Sunrise Mountain offers three unique practice spaces, a peaceful atmosphere, and a community energy that makes every gathering feel sacred from the moment people walk in.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL

Your reservation includes full access to:

• ✅ Main yoga practice space
• ✅ Reiki room
• ✅ Weight/movement room
• ✅ Private bathroom
• ✅ Basic props (blocks, bolsters, straps available on request)

Outdoor deck access (the elevated yoga deck overlooking Sunrise Mountain) may be available for an additional contribution, based on your event date and needs. Other outdoor amenities may be available for an additional cost, based on availability and the needs of your event.

PLEASE NOTE — WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

To set clear expectations and honor all of our members and programs, please know that your studio rental does not include access to:

• The Blisstopia Retreats Villa or Retreat Center
• The retreat backyard, grounds, pool, or hot tub
• Marketing or promotion of your event by Blisstopia (we're unable to promote third-party events to protect the integrity of our community)

RENTAL OPTIONS & SUGGESTED CONTRIBUTIONS

• Hourly rental: 2-hour minimum, is a donation of $75 per hour.
• Half-day rental: 4 hours, donation of $289.
• Full-day rental: 8 hours, donation of $469.
• Note: 1 extra hour is added for set up/take down if 2 full days are reserved.

📝 When booking two consecutive full days, one additional hour is automatically included for setup and breakdown — at no additional contribution.

All contributions are private member donations in support of our ministry mission.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We've created these agreements to protect the peace, safety, and sacred nature of our space — for you, your guests, and everyone who enters Blisstopia.

• Guest capacity: Maximum 33 guests, including the host. Additional guests require advance approval.
• Event insurance: Proof of current event insurance is required prior to your event date. OPTION: Have all guests agree to and sign Blisstopia's WAIVER.
• Incidentals: A credit card is required at check-in and held for incidentals.
• Atmosphere: Blisstopia is an alcohol-free and smoke-free sanctuary. One glass of wine is permitted in limited circumstances — please ask.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• Pre-registration: All attending guests must pre-register and sign a Blisstopia member waiver before the event.
• Restore the space: Please return the space to the condition you found it. We ask that hosts feel the same ownership over this space that we do.

Payment and Cancellation

To Confirm Your Reservation: A non-refundable 50% retainer is required once your application is approved. This is how we hold your date exclusively for you.

Payment Plans: Booking more than 90 days in advance? A payment plan may be available — just note this in your application.

Final Payment: Due no later than 30 days before your event.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancelled more than 121 days in advance: Payments made are refunded, minus the retainer.
• Cancelled within 120 days of your event: All payments are non-refundable.

⚠️ Meeting requests are only accepted after a completed Rental Application is on file. This protects everyone's time and ensures we can give your event the attention it deserves.

Due to the size of our staff, and our operations model, we do NOT offer tours of the retreat center. If you review our website in detail everything is covered regarding the accommodations, and the space. You are welcome to register for a yoga class to see the space when you attend a class
