BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, and private organization operating as a Faith Based Ministry in accordance with Title 26 USC section 508c1a. All offerings—including yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda, fitness, and energy work—are provided in a private, spiritual-educational setting for members only and are not open to the general public.

Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute are ministries operating under the umbrella of Blisstopia Retreats 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax-Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry. Participation in any Blisstopia activities signifies acceptance of and membership within our Private Membership Association.
