EVENT RENTAL RULES

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your rental.

Any additional time beyond your scheduled booking will be billed at $75 per hour, due at the end of your rental period.

Once your deposit is received, a Docusign rental agreement will be sent for signature. 

Rental Timing

Rental time begins and ends promptly at the scheduled hours, regardless of late arrival.

Your booking period includes setup, teardown, and cleaning—please plan accordingly so the space is vacated by your end time.

Full-day rentals include one extra hour for setup and teardown (total of 9 hours). 

Permitted & Prohibited Items

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio or on the property.

Events involving smoke effects must receive prior written consent.

No fire, glitter, or harsh chemicals may be used.

Use of tables, chairs, or large props requires advance approval.

No pets are allowed.

Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted. 

No Food allowed in Blisstopia Yoga except for full day rentals (this is to ensure we do not have pests, insects, bugs)

Food exceptions may be made for full day rentals (NOTE: An addtional cleaning fee may be added for food)

Insurance & Vendors 

Renters must provide proof of event insurance before the rental date.

Outside vendors and catering are welcome—deliveries must be made at the front door only. 

Parking

Parking is available inside the gate by the RV garage area and outside the gate, but please keep the two stalls directly in front of the gate open. 

Capacity

The studio comfortably accommodates 25 people total at one time - with a maximum of 33.
