A Class for Every Season of Your Soul.

From energizing movement to deep stillness — we meet you exactly where you are.

At Blisstopia Yoga, we believe there's no such thing as the "wrong" kind of practice. Some days you need to sweat, strengthen, and shake things loose. Other days you need to melt into the floor and simply breathe.

Our classes are designed to serve every version of you — beginner or seasoned, energized or exhausted, seeking peace or seeking fire. Whatever you bring through our doors, there is a class here that was made for this moment.

Offered in-person at our private sanctuary in Peoria, AZ — and virtually for members across the country.

NEW STUDENT SPECIAL

YOGA BLISS

Breathe. Move. Return to yourself.

Yoga Bliss is the heartbeat of Blisstopia — a soulful, breath-centered practice that weaves mindful movement with intentional stillness. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to guide you through poses that open the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your own inner rhythm.

No two classes are ever exactly the same. Your teacher draws from a rich tradition of yogic wisdom — Hatha, Vinyasa, alignment principles — creating a session that flows naturally and feels alive.

Who It's For: All levels — this is a perfect starting point for beginners and a reliable anchor for experienced practitioners.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, an open heart.

Outdoor yoga Bliss

The Sonoran Desert as your studio.

Step outside and feel the difference. Outdoor Yoga Bliss takes your practice onto our elevated deck at the base of Sunrise Mountain — open sky above, desert air around you, the stillness of nature holding the space.

There's something profoundly different about practicing yoga outdoors. The breath moves more freely. The mind settles more quickly. The body softens into poses it might resist indoors. Come prepared to be surprised by how good it feels.

Who It's For: All levels. Especially wonderful for those feeling closed in, stressed, or craving a natural reset.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, sunscreen (morning and evening classes available seasonally).

Note: Seasonal availability — check the schedule for current outdoor class offerings.

Kundalini Fusion

Awaken what's been sleeping inside you.

Kundalini Fusion is unlike anything you've tried before — and that's exactly the point. This dynamic class combines rhythmic breathwork (pranayama), movement (kriya), sound, and meditation to activate your body's natural energy centers and clear the energetic patterns that keep you stuck.

You may feel emotions rise. You may feel sensations you've never noticed. You may leave feeling like a completely different person than when you arrived. That's Kundalini working.

Led by Lana Royce, E-RYT500 and Kundalini-trained teacher, this class is guided with care, depth, and deep spiritual intention.

Who It's For: Open to all levels, though best approached with curiosity and a willingness to feel. Not a traditional "workout" class — it's an inner journey.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, journal (optional), water, comfortable loose clothing.

Vin2Yin

Flow into stillness. Effort into surrender.

Vin2Yin is two practices in perfect conversation — and together, they create something more complete than either alone.

The class opens with a warming Vinyasa flow: connected breath and movement, building heat, opening the body through dynamic sequences that feel alive and embodied. Then, we slow down. The second half transitions into deep Yin holds — long, passive postures that release connective tissue, quiet the nervous system, and invite genuine surrender.

You'll leave this class feeling wrung out in the best possible way — open, grounded, and deeply satisfied.

Who It's For: All levels. Particularly powerful for those who love movement but know they need more stillness — or who are drawn to stillness but know they need to move first.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, blocks and strap (provided), water.

SOULFUL SURRENDER yoga

Permission to let go.

Soulful Surrender is a deeply restorative practice built for the moments in life when you've been carrying too much for too long. This class is your invitation to put it all down.

Using supported postures, bolsters, blankets, and guided breathwork, Soulful Surrender creates the conditions for genuine release — not just physical tension, but emotional weight, mental chatter, and the quiet grief we sometimes carry without realizing it.

This isn't passive. Surrender takes courage. But in Mark or Lana's hands, it's one of the most transformative practices we offer.

Who It's For: Anyone experiencing stress, burnout, grief, recovery, anxiety, or simply the accumulated weight of a full life. No yoga experience necessary.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, cozy socks, a blanket from home if you have one. Props provided.

Bliss BoxFit

Strength, fire, and a whole lot of joy.

Bliss BoxFit is for the part of you that needs to hit something — in the best way possible. This high-energy boxing fitness class, led by Mark Royce (35+ years as a boxing coach), combines fundamental boxing technique with conditioning drills, functional movement, and the kind of workout that makes you feel genuinely powerful.

No experience required. No contact — just bags, pads, and your own two hands. You'll build real strength, improve coordination, release stress, and walk out feeling like you can take on anything.

Fair warning: you'll also probably laugh. A lot.

Who It's For: All fitness levels. A great cross-training class for yoga students, and a welcoming entry point for those who've never been drawn to "traditional" fitness.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, water, a towel, and your fighting spirit.

GENTLE BLISS

Slow down. Soften. Restore.

Gentle Bliss is the class we created for the moments when the world has been too loud, too fast, or too much. Slow, intentional, and profoundly nourishing — this practice meets your body with complete compassion.

Each class moves through gentle, accessible postures with long holds, focused breathwork, and soft guidance. There is no rush here. No comparison. No performance. Just the simple, profound act of showing up for yourself with kindness.

Gentle Bliss is also a beautiful entry point for yoga newcomers, those in physical recovery, seniors, or anyone returning to movement after a long pause.

Who It's For: Beginners, seniors, those in recovery or rehabilitation, those with chronic pain, anxiety, or stress. Anyone who simply needs a gentler pace.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing. Props available.

vitality (Body in motion)

60 minutes that energizes your whole day.

Wake your body. Clear your lymph. Return to yourself.

Morning Vitality Bliss is our Friday-morning reset — a 60-minute practice designed specifically for bodies 40 and up who want to feel lighter, clearer, and more alive before the day even begins. This isn't a typical workout, and it isn't a typical yoga class either. It's a full-body tune-up that blends manual lymphatic clearing, meridian wisdom, gentle movement, and breath into one flowing hour.

We open with The Specific 7 — a guided, hands-on lymphatic clearing sequence that moves from the collarbone terminus down through the jaw, chest, armpits, abdomen, groin, and knees. Using light, specific touch (never deep pressure), we manually open the body's drainage pathways one node at a time, paired with deep diaphragmatic breathing that pulls fluid through the deeper channels hands can't reach.

From there, we move into Daoist meridian tapping — gently stimulating key points along the kidney, heart, lung, stomach, gall bladder, and spleen meridians through heel drops and rhythmic tapping, supporting organ health and circulation from the inside out.

The heart of the class is a 20-minute lymphatic flow (light cardio) sequence — soft, rhythmic, low-impact movement (think gentle sways, weight shifts, reaches, and twists) that keeps lymph moving.

This flows into a short, gentle core activation series — floor-optional and fully modifiable — that builds real strength and supports the diaphragm and abdominal lymphatics, all while keeping the breath steady. No force, no strain — just steady rhythm that lets your body do what it already knows how to do.

We close the way every good Friday should end: re-clearing the terminus, followed by 5-8 minutes resting fully on the floor, focusing on the medicine of the breath, easing you into a deep, restorative Savasana. You'll leave grounded, clear, and ready for your weekend.

Who It's For: Designed with our 40+ community in mind — but really is perfect for all ages, anyone wanting a gentler, energizing alternative to high-impact fitness. Perfect for those managing stiffness, low energy, or looking to support organ and lymphatic health as part of healthy aging.

No experience necessary.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, a blanket or layer for Savasana. Comfortable, loose clothing recommended for the tapping and hands-on portions.
