Blisstopia Hatha
Hatha yoga is a willful, active class that aims to achieve harmony and balance in the mind, body and spirit. Hatha includes the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques set in a slower paced class. Be prepared to challenge yourself more than an Intro or Chair class, our Hatha sequence is a “step back” type flow that does not have you getting up and down from your mat. Set in an 80* room with no humidity.
