Bliss BoxFit
Bliss BoxFit is a 60-minute boxing fitness class that blends fundamental boxing technique with fun, high-energy conditioning, taught by expert boxing coach and former amateur boxer Mark Royce, who brings 35 years of experience to every session.
Class overview
Bliss BoxFit focuses on basic boxing drills, including correct punching form, sharp footwork, angles, and essential offensive and defensive skills such as blocks and slips.
Students will work both individually and 1-to-1 with a partner, making it accessible and challenging for beginner to intermediate levels.
What to expect
- A Short Warmup & Stretch
- Shadow boxing warmups to groove technique, timing, and body awareness.
- Partner focus mitt drills where you learn to both hit the mitts with power and precision and hold them safely and correctly for your partner.
- Coaching on proper stance, posture, movement, and defensive reactions so you can move like a boxer, not just get punched like one.
- Core workout and cool down with proper breathing techniques to end the session
Conditioning and vibe
Each class weaves in conditioning drills and bodyweight calisthenics to build strength, endurance, and agility in a functional way.

GENTLE BLISS
