KEY GUIDELINES

  • Arrive Early: Settle in quietly; if late, enter with care.
  • Quiet Space: Keep voices soft to honor others’ peace and meditation.
  • Mindful Conversation: Please avoid discussing politics or social issues of any kind.
  • Tech-Free Zone: Phones off or silenced—be fully present.
  • Hygiene & Wellness: Skip strong scents and stay home if feeling unwell.
  • Cleanliness: Wipe and return mats and props after use.
  • Practice Mindfully: Listen to your body, follow guidance, and stay for final relaxation.
  • Safety: Inform instructors of any injuries or conditions before class.
