Mark Royce is a certified breathwork coach, lifelong martial artist, and regenerative health practitioner based in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 45 years in martial arts and deep study of qigong-inspired breathing, Mark brings a unique understanding of how breath influences energy, focus, strength, and emotional regulation.
For the past four years, Mark has guided hundreds of participants through group breathwork sessions and transformational workshops, helping them achieve deep emotional release, clarity, and nervous system resilience. His grounded, compassionate approach creates a safe environment for profound, integrative change.
